DELIVERY FAQS

We pack and send glass whilst catering for all shapes, sizes and quantities of glass, either in multi crate orders with glass edge protector or encased in a protective cardboard. Packages will only be despatched following stringent quality procedures.

No Risk

We operate a risk free shipping policy to all of our customers by insuring the glass during transit. Any damaged goods received will be replaced immediately at no extra cost to you. (Conditions apply.)

Bulk Order Discounts

Enquiries for large quantities will allow us to offer even greater cost savings.

Next Day Delivery

As most items are available from stock we’ll also endeavour to despatch your package for either on the same or next working day dispatch where possible.

To estimate shipping costs to your destination (wherever in the world) please proceed to add items to your basket, transport costs will be calculated on checkout where possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WARRANTY

Glass has a high risk of damage whenever it is handled, any item that has been delivered to you that has been damaged in transit, you must notify us immediately on the day of delivery for a warranty claim.
Once we have been notified about the damaged glass, we can replace it free of charge but only on the proviso that photographic evidence has been provided, however we cannot offer a free replacement if we have been notified beyond the day of delivery.

EXCHANGE

If for any reason a product needs to be exchanged, a new invoice shall be raised for the replacement item and upon us receiving the unwanted product we will then issue a credit against the original invoice.
If an item is ordered with incorrect information provided on the customers part, on the exchange for the correct part, a shipping charge and restocking fee may be deducted from your credit.

RETURNS

The glass must be returned securely in original packaging, to avoid any damage by couriers. We will not accept the responsibility for any damage or loss incurred on the freight of returned products. Any damage occurred is at the risk of the customer. Freight charges for returns of the product are to be at your expense.
The glass should be in resalable condition (not be damaged, scratched, soiled or pre-fitted) for the purposes of resale. We may deduct a restocking fee dependent on the returned condition of the glass.
In case of unused goods where you have changed your mind after ordering the product, we can only accept returns of goods if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Also, the shipping charge and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
